Intro
The Embodied Women's Wellness Program is a premium 16-week integrated program that enables you to get toned, flexible, strong, improve your energy, body composition, hormones whilst restoring gut, immune and skin health. This complete lifestyle reset will empower you to feel extraordinary as you cleanse your body and glow from the inside out.
It includes an organic wholefoods nutritional plan with easy-to-prepare recipes, weekly training splits accompanied by over 10-hours of educational and instructional videos for restorative and challenging exercises, qigong, meditation and yoga, as well as 100% support from your integrated coaches so you are supported anywhere in the world, at anytime.
Donna and Marcello Abbate also offer additional services, including mindfulness, fitness, naturopathic and nutritional coaching.

If you had a 1/1 wellness consultation and received your customised program $185 will not be reimbursed to you, however $210 will be redeposited into your account. Please be aware that after DAY SIX, you will not receive a refund.
